My fave Bluegrass band is Hot Rize.
Since people are shoehorning in the excellent Gillian Welch I feel justified sneaking in the wonderful James Leva. Can’t quite put a genre on him. Old timey crossed with some excellent dark songwriting and fiery fiddling. Recommended.
