Recommend me some of your favorite Youtube channels.

Yeah, it does sound quite similar. And I’m aware there are many somewhat similar channels out there.

But honestly, the ‘in a most refreshing fashion’, part is mostly because there is no philosophy lesson incorporated.
I really like that part a lot.

Maker channels I like, beside Adam Savage:
Pask Makes - Australian, mostly woodwork, some metalwork. His Scrapwood Challenge is great.
Clickspring - Another Australian, metal machining, including an ongoing project to reconstruct the Antikytheria Mechanism.
Wintergatan- Swedish band, but probably more famous for the Marble Music Machine. Martin, the band leader, is now constructing a better one, the Marble Machine X.
Ace of Clay - American dude, makes polymer clay creature sculptures. Learned a lot from him
Li Ziqi - Chinese lady, mostly traditional food from scratch, but also some other crafts. Absolutely addictive.
The Craftsman Steady Craftin’ - A Cajun(?) American, all kinds of making but mostly toys/small sculpts and mouldmaking.
James Gurney - Author of Dinotopia, excellent illustrator, this channel mostly deals with painting, especially good for plein-air painting. And dinosaurs.
Atomic Shrimp. Just some Brit (Just kidding, it’s our own mangetout!)

I also follow some cosplay channels, if anyone’s interested, I could list those.

Just wanted to thank you for linking to this. I bookmarked him on your recommendation and finally in the last few weeks I’ve been following his Geology 101 lectures. I’m up to lecture 26!

Most of it involves the geology of Washington state which is utterly fascinating. Anyone from that state would really enjoy these.
