Recommend me some self-help books on behavioral therapy, please.

Can anyone recommend some good books about what behavioral therapy can and cannot do, and when it is indicated? I mean “behavioral therapy” as therapy aimed at changing behavior, as opposed to the schools of therapy designed to understand and own one’s thoughts and emotions.
