Recommend some albums of the "Nebraska" flavor

I’m really digging Bruces Springsteens “Nebraska” right now and am finding my self drawn to that brand of acoustical low tech sound lately.

Can you recommend some older, solo acoustic albums that have that flavor I’m talking about? Nothing really poppy, just some beer drinking jams. Does Willie Nelson have any good acoustic stuff? I dunno.

Anyway, let me know.

Nothing? Really?

I’m no expert here, but you might want to check out some Steve Earle.

Here’s a couple of my favorites.

Joe Ely with Twistin’ in the Wind.

Ry Cooder with Paradise and Lunch.

Hopefully, I’ll think of others.

“The Trinity Sessions” by the Cowboy Junkies would also fit the bill.
