My old one is done, and I’ve had shoulder and neck pain all week. Heading out shopping manana, would like to know what you use.
I had no idea what you were talking about, but Googling “side sleeper pillow” does bring up a wide variety of possibilities.
This may not be what you are looking for, but I have a body pillow like this and it is awesome.
I’m primarily a side sleeper and bought this Coop Eden Pillow last December.
So far I’m quite happy with it. I had one of the “best” My Pillows before this and though it started out comfy I found it did not hold it’s shape through the night. About 4 in the morning I’d have to punch it back int shape.
I got one of these high profile latex pillows when I bought a new mattress 4 years ago. Still seems to be 100% the same as when I bought it. I fall asleep on my side with my arm under my pillow, and wake up on my back, and I have no issues.
One kind of interesting point is sometimes I put a soft 3" foam topper on my bed (otherwise it’s a firm mattress). When I put the topper on, the “high loft latex pillow” is too tall, being that my body is sunk down 2-3" in foam. My neck ends up way too bent. When I use the topper, I switch to using a low profile latex pillow, something I got off Amazon. I don’t use the topper much anymore, as I have come to find it doesn’t help my back like I thought it might. But just a data point for you.
