There seems to be a trend in my threads… but I have another question - if I have three computers, a 333 iMac (not reformatted in 3 years), a Compaq Presario (a year), and a Micor Pentium Four (7 months), and I can figure out a method to reformat all three, would there be any benefits other than having all my unwanted/unused files erased?
If they ain’t broke, don’t fix them.
I don’t find it necessary to reformat unless I put a new OS on.
But then I have a very nice computer maintenance program that maintains my files in tip top condition & defrags the registery & cleans out old files…etc etc
Doesn’t sound like you bought one of those.
