What if instead of Iraq Bush had gone after the Sudan? It was a known Al Qaeda training ground, which is why Clinton attacked it. There was an unpopular genocide occurring. Would the same multilateral moral support we had from the rest of the world regarding Afghanistan worked for us in the Sudan?
