Regional Food....Philly Cheesesteak, disappointing

You eat pastrami on rye. But you can’t find good rye out here (I’ll add that to my list).

Or good pastrami or good mustard for that matter.

There used to be a place near us called the Cheesesteak Shop, part of a chain. It used Amoroso bread, and did sell Tastykakes! It was quite good, and my wife, who is from Philadelphia, endorsed it. Closed now of course.
