Ok, memory and google fail me, berate me then help me.

It’s a little gadget, from the US, a small solid state camcorder. It does everything for you, autofocus, light settings etc and plugs into a PC using a USB (IIRC) connection.

The big deal apparently is that it really doesn’t require any more than a point and click, one of those must have gadgets that appear in glossy supplements.

If you know what it is, perhaps you might also suggest if its any good.

I imagine there are several products which fit the bill, so to speak, but is this the kind of thing you mean?

Is it a Flip video camera?

I have one, but admit I haven’t used it much. I find the video setting on my digital camera to be more convenient.
