I downloaded AVG at the suggestion of Dopers, and now I’m trying to get rid of McAfee. It doesn’t show up under Add/Remove Programs. I did a search and removed all the folders it would let me. Do I need to boot in safe mode? I’m getting popups about every two and a half minutes saying it’s installed incorrectly now. Help?
