Looking at a CNN page describing overall campaign results, I came across an image. It shows Hillary, Obama, Edwards, (all smiling, teeth showing) and McCain, Romney and Huckabee (all half smiling, no teeth, sort of disdainful IMO). Ok, Huckabee looks like someone told him a funny fart joke, but the Dems look like they were each just elected.
I’ve seen many a toothy grin from each of the Republican candidates, so it’s not that they never smile.
I just find it rather odd that all the Dems are beaming and the Pubs are “meh” (this coming from a Dem/Liberal).
Anyone else see this too?
If someone smarter than I can get a screen cap, this thread might make more sense once the page is taken down.
I’m sure all of us now know about how before and after pictures are presented. The “before” picture shows maximum (insert what needs to be changed) and has the person frowning. The “after” pic always shows them smiling and in the best state possible.
If CNN gets as liberal as Fox news is conservative, well, I’ll just stop watching.
That will most decidedly not make me smile.
