Yes, well… you and I are both stunning looking men, and we post.
Still, some girls/women defy instant age catagorization. Take Kirstan Dundst. I think she’s one of the prettiest people I have ever seen, even tho she’s just now USA legal. And my last ex-GF was 2 months older than me yet turned on guys and girls half her age because she just looked good. Period. (Pity she was such a bitch, tho) So, looks and age don’t always seem to match.
An amusing anecdote follows.
When I was about 24 or so (memories pile on top of each other when you’re looking back almost a score of years), I met a girl visiting a friend’s church. Wow! Did she look good. And she was witty, able to hold a conversation on both the most mundane and the deepest of subjects, and had goals and desires similar to mine.
Well, we chatted a few times on the phone and I asked her out. She still lived at home, but being Texas and all, I thought nothing of it. Lots of girls still lived with thier parents even in their early 20s.
Man oh man, this girl was it! She was beautiful in every respect, including (maybe especially) the non physical. An all around “Good Choice.”
With her being decent “church folk,” I hadn’t tried anything (you know what I mean) other than kissing and I was picking her up for our 4th date. Her parents had let me know it was her birthday, so I was going to treat her to a real nice evening. Very classy stuff.
Being the moron that I am, I realised I never knew her age. So, I asked her Mom. “15 today,” she answered.
Bong! goes my head.
I still took her out for that very classy evening. And the next day, I drove out to tell her we couldn’t date anymore. You know what? If she had asked me wait, I think I would’ve tried. But we all knew that was the end of it.
The point of that story? Just because she’s pretty and smart doesn’t mean she’s of legal age or ready for lifelong commitment. Kind of odd on her parent’s part, too, I thought.
Still, Kirsten Dundst is hot, right?
