You’re heard of this case. It’s the case of Elk Grove Unified School District v. Michael Newdow, otherwise known as the Pledge of Allegiance case. The Supreme Court will hear arguments in the case next month.

So far, of the 40 amicus briefs filed in this case, all but one of them (filed by the Atheist Law Center) opposes Newdow.
