Way back when I got my cellphone, my daughter set it up for me giving me a password and a pin.
I’ve never turned my phone off since I got it, until today, now I’ve turned it on and it’s asking for my password which my daughter and I can’t remember.
I called customer service and they need my pin to reset my password and we can’t remember that either. :smack: Customer service told me to take it to my nearest T-Moble store to have it reset, but it’s over an hour away from here.
Does anyone know a way to do this without taking the phone into the store?
