I understand that you are not a legal advisor but I am looking for Resources for Rules of Dispute Resolution.

I am on the board of a local association and will be meeting with a member who feels that a member has done them wrong. Looking for information for rules of mediating conflict and/or dispute resolution. I am not looking so much on how to win a dispute but more for rules of conduct and procedure for mediating. I do not want this thing to get into a he said/she said thing.
