Resveratrol -- how to find

I recently read an article on the compound resveratrol which is found in some grapes and red wine and has health benefits. So I figured I’d try ity out.

The only problem is that I can’t seem to find it in the local stores. Even Fred Meyers, which has a very extensive dietary supplement department, doesn’t seem to carry it. Yes, I know there are on-line sources, but I just don’t like to buy things on-line. Besides Freddies, I’ve tried Trader Joes and several grocery stores. My next step is to find a health food store, but I’m wondering if there’s some reason it can’t be sold.

I typed resveratrol into the search on the GNC web site and found several supplements that included it, including something called Garden Greens Essential Greens 3000™

Thanks Khadaji. I was afraid the FDA had made it illegal to sell the stuff without a prescription or something like that.

Puritan’s Pride kicks ass as far as prices go for supplements.

Resveratrol

I got it from Nutrition Geeks.

I just discovered what has to be the maximum dosage resveratrol available - 100 mg pure resveratrol - 72 caps for $35
