The problem is sex outside of love will damage our hearts, beyond our ability to repair it ourself. That damage will grow the more you operate outside of love. The forgiveness the Lord offers includes restoration of that damage, so the Lord does ‘revirginize’ people, heal the damage and renew our heart.
The damage is seen as any shame or guilt felt in relationship with sex. The revirgining done as expressed by the OP doesn’t solve the underlying problem of guilt and shame if a revirgin does have sex, done by the Lord and the guilt and shame is gone.
