This thread would not be complete without a link to http://www.somethingawful.com where it is their business to expose really awful websites. Recently they linked 90 GeoCities sites with the hopes of of SA visitors bringing them down by clicking them. They even get legal threats from people who don’t know what “fair comment” means!
I thought it was called “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.” There’s TWO Peanuts musicals? Or did they change the title?
You oughta warn people before they click on that site - it scared me when that old guy’s head was floating around on my screen!

There are, indeed, two musicals, although you can scarecely tell them apart. It was “YaGM,CB” that saw a revival on Broadway a couple years ago, and it has always been the more well-known and popular of the two. “Charlie Brown” focuses more on, well, Charlie Brown (originally played by Gary Burghoff before he was Radar on “MAS*H”) , and “Snoopy” focuses more on, well, Snoopy.

Seriously, a lot of people could learn from this guy. If you don’t know what you’re doing, keep it simple stupid. I find a bad webpage makes me respect a business less. I respect the locksmith.
It’s a thousand times better than the Traralgon Book Exchange or Albroys. I will go to the locksmith, but I will never let Albroys touch my car now I’ve seen that page. Of course, my old enemy Scribex is responsible for the last two - they should be banned from the internet for crimes against good taste.

If there hadn’t been people in the basement right now, I would have fallen out of my chair at that hatt baby thing. Though, really, it got a little scary after a couple minutes…
But it wins, hands down. I can’t even imagine a tackier thing on the Web.
I can’t explain why “Hatt Baby” is so funny, but it is. I’ve injured my ribs laughing at that thing, and I keep doing it, too!

Hatt-baby is now my all time favorite site. It helps that I can read a little Swedish (though not a lot, as you can imagine–it’s still disturbing and nonsensical).

so…if anybody happens to coem across this…scribex originally designed http://bousie.customer.netspace.net.au/ but it was later redesigned by me, much to the excitement of the owner of the place!
