Another right-handed left-mouser here, attempting to forestall CTS.
I’ve also started peeling carrots left-handed. My peeler is something like the lower one in this picture http://www.uktvfood.co.uk/images/Equipment_L/U5794.jpg, so you can use it with either hand. I figured I hadn’t been using the edge that lefties would use, so I decided to give it a go.
