Facts are facts, these miserable pieces of shit throwing rocks and bottles at ambulances and police cars, are, as Nurse Carmen pointed out, causing the “nazi” dickheads to have proven a sad point.
I think that violent rioters who exhibit the type of behaviour shown by the shitheads in Toledo, (i.e. stone ambulances and burn stores and homes “just because”) should be summarily killed right on the street. People get to a point when they’re no better than animals (although animals have no malicious intent) when it reaches that point, let the bodies hit the floor. As this cite explains, the first amendment does not confer an absolute right to freedom of speech (or protest), but limits the power of the legislative branch of government to control speech. Judges impose gag orders, and laws regarding defacement, copy-write, etc. are overarching. Or in this case, the right to protest can be abridged when the protests may incite a riot, or can be classified as reckless endangerment. I believe both were foreseeable in this case, and the Nazis should not have been allowed to march. At some point, the public interest has to be taken into consideration. Allowing a few dozens idiots to march is not worth risking the safety of thousands of people. Please try to understand the first amendment before claiming someone else is misinterpreting it.
