RIP Judge Caprio of "Caught in Providence" fame

Judge Frank Caprio was featured on the Youtube channel “Caught In Providence”. He was something of an internet sensation and was well known for his compassion and humor while dealing with defendants in his traffic court. If you haven’t seen any of the videos, I highly recommend checking them out. He doesn’t put up with BS but if someone is actually struggling, he’ll usually cut them a break.

Damn. I’ve seen a few of his videos and thought he was one of the few judges that understood the line between justice and mercy and didn’t stray too far one way or the other. There are a few Judges that if I were President I would nominate for SCOTUS and he was one of them.
