Actress Susannah York Dies at 72
We watched her as Mrs. Cratchit in the George C Scott version of A Christmas Carol last Christmas. A few months ago I watched The Battle Of Britain, in which she played Section Officer Maggie Harvey.
She was staggeringly good looking in that role. RIP
She was wonderful in Altman’s Images.
She’ll always be Kal-El’s mother, to me.
She’ll always be Margaret More to me.
