This was mentioned in the Death Pool thread, but just in case anyone missed it. He died from diabetes complications last month. The documentary aired under a number of different titles. In the UK it was “The Man with the 10-Stone Testicles.”
There’s a funny scene in the doc where they are talking to his aunt, I believe, who goes on and on about how the Devil caused his condition. (Well, it was funny to me, but I’m easily amused.)
