Glad to hear we have a few new people showing up. Compared to the FL gatherings I have been to (biggest one equaled three people) this is going to be the party of the century.

Melin and Michi have both arrived safe and sound in Rochester. I had dinner with Michi this evening, but she said she was saving the maggot and pus stories for everyone to enjoy Saturday.
We’ve just got confirmation from General Eisenhower. Despite the threat of inclement weather, Operation DOPERLORD is a go. Repeat, Operation DOPERLORD is a go. This is not a drill. All units report to their embarkation points. At 1700 Hours EST, we will commence landings at Dinosaur Beach and from there, we will liberate Rochester from the forces of ignorance. Some of you may not make it back (especially those of you who order margaritas by the pitcher or ask the waitress “you got any really hot sauce?”) but all of you will be a part of history. Well, well. I haven’t had that much fun, since well, at least a month ago, but I can’t remember that far back anyway. Lots of people showed up, about 12 I think, and I’m still recovering from all the beer. We discussed classical philosophy, art, Shakespeare, differential algebra, and, awww, shit, we just made penis jokes and had lots of alcohol.
'twas fun though. And I got to meet the beautiful Michi, the infamous Melin (pronounced muh-LIN, apparently), the vertically enhanced Dr. Watson, the completely unpronounceable Surgoshan, and a bunch of other people whose names I can’t remember.

Doh! I knew that was going to come up sometime. Unfortunately, I was otherwise obligated, and it was totally out of my hands. I actually had to go out of town to deal with some family related issues that weekend, and alas, I missed out on all the fun. 
I guess I’ll have to travel to Florida to try and look down your shirt like all the other guys were that night
