Roger Waters Should Have Won That Case

Never, hopefully. I think that well has been pumped dry. I for one would hate to see Pink Floyd touring on the “reunion” circuit, ala Styx and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
RealityChuck: I understand the difference between the albums you name, but really, does anyone still sit around and listen to “Ummagumma”? I think Dark Side has aged nicely, and it’s the one Floyd album I still listen to regularly (I have nearly all of them, I think).

I wouldn’t say that. The Division Bell was a pretty damn good album, IMHO. Plus, I saw Styx on their last tour. Pink Floyd will never get that bad!

I’d much rather listen to Pink Anderson or Floyd Council than that bombastic psychedelic lounge-act named after them.

Hell yes.

The Roger Waters-dominated concept albums from Dark Side of the Moon on are fine, and the Syd Barrett-dominated debut is an obvious classic, and the David Gilmour-dominated revival is okay too, but to my mind, the coolest Pink Floyd is the stuff they did when they were a band of equals.
