A quick question…has anyone here put the Total Realism 6.0 patch on their Total War Rome game under Steam? I have Steam loaded on my laptop and I’ve downloaded the patch, but it’s telling my I’m not in the right game directory for RTW when I point it at the directory that Steam has the game in.

As an unrelated question, is RtR 6.0 the latest patch? I can’t really remember, since it gets a bit confusing because of the different groups who were involved and split off from each other, all calling their game some variant of Total Realism.

I tried a few months back, but failed miserably. (Then the DoW2 expansion came out and I forgot about it.) I’m interested in it as well, I’ve heard so much good about it.

6 is the latest version by the full development group. People are currently working on 7, and two of the three scenarios are complete.

There’s also the Europa Barbarorum mod, which you might want to check out when you have time.
