I’m guessing it’s either because he’s a boring speaker or because he’s lily-livered; those are strange traits for a military genius to have.
I’m trying to cure him of the “lily-livered” part by having him lead cavalry charges when it’s safe. So far it doesn’t seem to be working. Do I need to make him take more risks?
