Rosacea and Intense Pulse Light therapy

I have rosacea. I’m interested in the Intense Pulse Light therapy to lessen my facial redness. I haven’t been able to find much on it online, my local dermatologist only offer laser therapy.

Has anyone with rosacea had IPL? Laser therapy? I’d love to hear the pro’s and cons.

I have heard it referred to as Pulse Dye Laser Treatment … is this the same thing?
