Huge interception by Texas’ Griffen at the goal line to stop USC from scoring…props to him.

Oh man, Texas got a lucky non-call with Young lateralling to another player when his knee was on the turf…BUT they rushed the extra point attempt and missed…this could be quite a factor later in the game…

I had no doubt that Texas would have scored on that drive, even if they made the right call on the field. In hindsight, I even bet that Texas wished they had another chance to finish the drive and make the PAT.

USC is making some mental mistakes and the most critical one is giving Texas another shot at the 50 yard line with 3:45 left in the half. The defense needs to make a stand here or this might be the beginning of the end.

Has USC been this far behind all year? I’m starting to think they were taking this game for granted. That attempted lateral by Bush was a little cavalier, for instance. they better get it going or they’re going to get shocked. This Horns offense is looking pretty good.
