Great, now I have another fantasy that will never come true.

They weren’t the only ones, either. June and Cherry Preisser were a couple of bendy little blonde tricks from New Orleans (their mother was a Landrieu, of the political clan). They made it all the way to the Ziegfeld Follies in the mid '30s.

June was a gymnast from age 2(!), but is best known for trying to woo Mickey Rooney away from Judy Garland in the Andy Hardy movies. So ootsy-cutesy you wanted to slap her, but hot.
