This is a post directed to those farmilliar with the Philadelphia area, in particular, the Frankford “L”.
Around the Penn’s Landing station, an intriguing grafitti could be clearly seen on a fuel tank:
ROSSI YOUR DAD IS ALIVE!
Since this message had been on this tank since the 80s (at least), this message must have been seen by MILLIONS of commuters over the years.
Anyone know the story behind Rossi and his dad?
