Unless Rufus T. is into long voyages, I don’t think s/he will be seen at too many MAD gatherings, given that s/he states that s/he is from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Probably a good thing there!

Rufus, I’d say it’s up to you. I’ve got absolutely no problem with there being dueling Presidents of Freedonia on this board. Anytime we cross paths in a thread, we can pretend we’re in the mirror scene in Duck Soup.
For awhile, it might confuse others who think you’re me, or I’m you, or who am us, anyway?, but I think everybody would eventually get us figured out.
But if you feel like switching to another Marxian alias, that’s fine too. You’re obviously fairly literate in the Marx canon to have cited Waldorf T. Flywheel (from the Flywheel, Shyster, and Flywheel series), as opposed to Wolf J. Flywheel (The Big Store). So welcome! Whether you remain Rufus, or whether you change to something else, I’m sure this board is big enough for both of us.
Eve, as Margaret Dumont’s champion in this zoo, you’re definitely our honorary Margaret Dumont - unless my wife ever signs up here, in which case I’m lobbying for her to be Gloria Teasdale.
We also can’t forget that Why A Duck? is also a Doper in good standing. We don’t have anyone named for a Chico role AFAICT, but he gives us someone named after a Chico line. And for the fourth Marx Brother, we’ve always got Zappo, who’s only a vowel away.

I stand in awe of my fellow Groucho junky. I also received an email from one of the board admins suggesting a name change may be appropriate.
I’m still thinking about it. I find I use Waldorf more often because Rufus is usually taken anyways. My 2nd choice was going to be whyaduck, but as you mentioned, we already have one of those, too.
Next time I join a group, I shall have to have a closer look for variations :smack:
Not hardly. Once he posted (IIRC) the proof on one of his math shirts (I think it was the “2=1” shirt, though I’ve seen his "Integration is as easy as [buncha math gobbledygook] shirt as well. Funny stuff:)).
But then, the fact that such a thread could exist on this board is testament enough to the fact that he is not alone.
