Not going to comment on *THIS *situation, but;
The law sucks.
I’m not even saying that children don’t deserve certain luxury’s if their dad is well-off, (I’m not saying they do either, I don’t know). I just don’t think it’s fair to that mothers AND fathers can just use that cash, (admittingly, many times naturally by proxy, but I’m sure many of them take full advantage of it), for themselves. Now, I don’t know what kind of daddy ‘Nas’ is; maybe one that will never see his kid, in which case, I wouldn’t care about the injustice, if it didn’t hurt non-famous. It just seems to me that this area needs more refinement. Same with custody laws, (although it’s been a while since I’ve heard of anyone complaining about so perhaps it’s getting better). Maybe this is the best we can get, and I don’t have a new plan to make things better. I agree both men and women can potentially get boned. Over anything else, I just hope things are going to be ideal for the kid.
