Hey, somebody called this a gay themed MMP. I’m just doing what I can to keep it going.
I originally typed “I’m just doing what I can to keep my end up”, then I changed it to “I’m just doing what I can to keep it up” but decided against both because they would cause much <snerking>.

Well it depends. Brown or yellow? I don’t like dahl myself, but I prefer brown dahl to yellow dahl. I like black chick peas better. But I would recommend Madhur Jaffrey’s recipes, she’s quite good and they’re pretty easy. I like her recipes msyself. Here’s one:
I don’t recommend you use ghee, as it’s fairly fattening.

I am back from the hairplace–a new place for me. Gretchen did a nice job and I got a complimentary paraffin hand wax job (there is something wrong with that sentence!). I now have some layers in my long blonde hair–it looks nice.
Just got a call from work–I don’t have to take pts again tomorrow! I will be helping my manager with paperwork and attending a meeting. The assistantship is open, but I don’t want to work 60+ hours a week! So, I help her out a bit here and there–it’s nice for both of us.
Quiet day here–ordered the balloons for my daughter’s surprise 16th Bday party, which she is planning (don’t ask).

I too am contemplating a haircut. Since I wear it short, it goes from OK to OH DEAR GOD overnight. I’m at the latter today, and my haircutting girl is out of town, and won’t return until Thursday, which means no cut til Friday, and I’ll be home with Baby Cherry, who can’t possibly go with me, yadda yadda yadda. I may have to look like Total Hell™ for another week! :eek:

Whoa. You seriously impressed me there, swampy. I have a low tolerance for that kind of pain.
You know, I have a thing for candles, but I can’t say that I’ve ever used wax in any sort of… that way. Volunteers to play with candles with chaoticbear please line up over here ----->
Every response I’ve come up with is undoubtedly a little too TMI, but I just wanted y’all to know that I was thinkin’ real hard about it. 
There are different kinds of pain, usually with differing thresholds. That’s all I’m gonna say.

I could see some melted paraffin being put to good use…but it does cool quickly and then it peels off.
My hands feel like velvet (not a good simile–velvet hands sound freaky!).
I am putting off cleaning the master bath. Anyone want to help me?
