Hey folks. Over in one of the recent getting in shape threads, I asked about possible remedies for shin splints. Y’all gave me some really good advice, especially about getting new shoes. I searched for the thread this was in, but I can’t seem to find it, so I’ll have to be a bit vague about who I’m thanking.
I bought a new pair of New Balance 702’s, and I’ve been running 4 miles per day. No sign of the shin splints, thus far, either! Woohoo!
Anyway, no replies are strictly necessary, unless you want to discuss the philosophical repercussions of sports injuries. I just wanted to say thanks.
