Does anyone else have a hard time getting to this message board? I know it’s not my Internet connection, because everything else comes up really fast. Sometimes everything just freezes and I cannot even get here. So I wait and try again later. Sometimes it’s fast and sometimes it’s slow, and sometimes I just give up.

The board’s a victim of its own success. Too many people using it means the servers are running flat-out and still can’t keep up.
One way you personally can help is by calculated use of the search engine. Using the search engine can help decrease the number of repeat threads. But the more narrow you can make the search (eg don’t search all forums for something that is a general question, and don’t search all posts for something that was in the news last wednesday). Keeping frivolous “me too” posts down can help as well.
