Safari - Why Does the Menu Bar keep disappearing?

I’ve got Safari 9.01 on my Mac.

The menu bar (the one with the Apple in the corner, then the menu topics like Safari - File - Edit and so on keeps disappearing, then coming back as I move the mouse around.

Is there a setting I can change to keep it stable and not disappearing?

Sounds like you are in Full Screen view. Under “view” menu at the bottom.
