instead of a more straightforward link. Is this a new board issue or something I need to adjust in my own email system?
It sounds like you’re using the MS Office 365 feature “Advanced Threat Protection.” It rewrites all the links in your emails to go through a scan on MS servers before directing you to the site. Links to specified sites can be set not to be rewritten if you’d prefer it didn’t do that.
