This line alone makes me despair for humanity. Great Og on a pogo stick. That this should be needed.
Like I said in an earlier post this may not be just for physical protection from the nasties, but to keep out reporters, or maybe legal folks from the other side’s defense, who might try and take advantage of someone while they are weak.

Update: today is my wife’s first full day back at work.
She’s been doing half days for about a week and a half, getting around on a crutch now instead of a walker, and it’s been very tiring. Today may wipe her out, but she’s going to try.
Her hand is still lagging behind the expected rate of recovery, but she’s doing very well with both legs. Spirits remain high despite painful rehab work and occasional swelling in the leg with the blood clot.

I was just thinking of you and your wife; so glad to hear she’s doing better. She sounds like a tough person so I’m sure eventually she’ll be back to “normal”. Thanks for keeping us posted. Does she think it’s weird that a bunch of people she doesn’t know are rooting for her?
