Samsung fridge ice maker question

There is (was) a silicone sleeve that helped direct water to the ice tray for freezing. It picked up the nasty habit of building up ice until the ice tray could not even turn over and harvest ice.

Finally taking matters to hand I thoroughly disassembled the ice maker and removed this thing. It seems to be working well enough without it.

Could anyone help me with finding a parts list for the ice maker for a:

Samsung
MODEL# RS261MDBP/XAA
SERIAL# JJ5Z4BBC100876P

I seem to be unable to parse it out, besides it being likely to be sold only to dealers and repair techs.

It is currently working without it now, but I am betting there will be hell to pay if I don’t order a new one and install it.

Thank you for any help!

Yes, I have been there, also to a Best Buy site. Nobody seems to have a comprehensive list of parts, and the exploded view doesn’t show the particular part I want.

I am hoping there is someone who works on these things who just knows what I am talking about.
Slim chance, but like I said before, it is working without it right now.

Thanks anyway.

Not an exploded view, but these should be the parts.

I just looked at what I linked to and relized it wasn’t all that comprehensive. When I searched for the model number it also offered me the same model but without the XAA at the end. I don’t know what that means (sometimes it’s just the color/finish), so here’s the parts for that.

Also, you might ask for help at the Appliantology.org message board. It’s somehow part of repair clinic, but they’re usually pretty helpful when you’re caught in a jam.
