Hey Folks,
I’m planning a February trip to San Diego for me and my SO - actually, it’s really just for me so I can see a live play and write a paper on it, but he’s sweet enough to let me drag him along.
So we’re making a little holiday weekend out of it and planning to enjoy some time down there outside of the theater. But then it occurred to me that I have absolutely no idea what else there is to do in that city besides drink, shop, and pay ridiculous amounts to look at wild animals <“Look honey, those monkeys are flinging their poop at each other and Shamu just bit his trainer - kiss me!”>
Anybody have any recommendations of awesome stuff to do/see in the area? Kickass (but not too expensive) resturants? Anything not specifically family-oriented and slightly off the beaten path?
