I am trying to find a particular version of “Santa Claus…” but I am having no luck. I’m hoping for help.
The into is sort of 60’s surf music but the distinguishing feature is the backing vocals.
The backing vocals are done in a sort of high-pitched whine - think the high part in “Big Girls Don’t Cry” complete with the “cry-yie-yie” stylings.
Any help would be appreciated.

My first thought would be The Beach Boys, but their Little St Nick ( Little Deuce Coupe) is the closest thing I can remember them doing for Christmas
Sadly it is not them. They did Santa Claus but it is much more traditional.

The Beach boys do indeed have a whole album of Christmas songswith a version of Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town. I heard it on Sirius XM this weekend.
