Sarah Bernhardt's son: a longshot question

This is a total longshot, but I’ve had luck here before:

Does anybody know when Maurice Bernhardt, only child of the legendary French actress Sarah Bernhardt (1844-1923), died?
I know he was still alive in 1925 and I’m assuming he’s dead by now. I know the names of his wives, daughters, and some of his grandchildren, but for an afterward to an article I’m writing on European performers who toured America in the 19th/20th century I’d like to have an afterward for her boy.

I doubt anybody here knows, but just in case-

In a genealogy forum there is a reference to a biography of Sarah, The Divine Sarah, 1991, by Arthur Gold and Robert Fizdale with the comment that they thank Sarah’s descendants. You might find the information there.
