I don’t believe in any of those things but I don’t like the cell phone argument. Cell phone cameras are great close up but terrible at Bigfoot/UFO distances. I work near an airport and my cell phone, a two year old Galaxy Nexus, is terrible at taking photos of cool fighter jets that occasionally fly overhead at about 200-300 feet. You can tell what they are but they’re blurry and unimpressive. At a thousand feet, they’re unidentifiable and look like, well, UFOs. In the mountains, it’s useless for snapping a deer or a bear at a hundred yards. A bear looks like a black smudge. If I did see a Bigfoot or UFO (which, again, don’t exist), I wouldn’t expect my cell phone to be of any use.
