Saving mouse wheel setting ?

I’m using Windows 7 Ultimate, and I like to set the mouse wheel vertical lines scrolling at
“3”. But, every time I restart my computer it reverts back to “1”.
Of course I click “apply” every time I make a change, but my changes are never
saved after a restart.
What am I doing wrong ?

Do you have a Lenovo, maybe? Try updating your mouse drivers.
