He pushes this weird concept of brokering real estate note deals and calls his schtick “Winning in the Cash Flow Business.” Apparently, Russ inherited this business from a guy called Carl Abe who was supposedly the godfather of real estate note schemes and it is said that Carl died rather mysteriously. Okay, once again, who is Russ Dalbey? Who was Carl Abe? What are their stories? How did Carl kick the bucket? and is there some type of odd underground culture out there connected to these characters?
