We call him Scary Bald Guy. One day, a few years ago, he was yelling at his dog like a crazy person. We’ve heard him on a couple of other occasions. I’m not a dog-person, but I’m pretty sure his dog is a bulldog.
He walks his dog a few times a day. For the past year, he’s been ‘walking’ his dog in a baby stroller. I understand bulldogs are susceptible to hip dysplasia, and I don’t think this is a particularly young dog. Scary Bald Guy walks for miles. I saw him a mile away one day, and Mrs. L.A. says he walks farther than that. Might be a little much for a short-legged dog that may or may not have joint issues.
Despite Scary Bald Guy’s occasional outbursts directed at his pet, he really seems to care for him. It’s really cute seeing the pup sitting up in the screened-in stroller with a happy look on it face.
