Scheherazade's Revenge

we share the same b’day!
I’ll be 28,704 weeks old on Sunday.

Happy day to you.

  1. The Hillside Strangler

Here’s the scores so far

Fretful-19
wolfman-18
Gr8kat-14
Mauve Dog-7

It appears I worded a question rather poorly, so I’m rewording it:

  1. Eliot Ness chose how many men to aid him as his squad of “Untouchables”?

Okay. Here’s my attempt. (Yay, Google! Yay, blatant theft!)

For #29, I’m using round to mean all 13 tricks.

starbury-2
Cheap-2

  2. 11/12/55

Oh, and I spelled “Makaveli” wrong, so
20. Makaveli

Just in case you’re paying attention to that sort of thing.

OK, I think I have them all but the wording on teh Back to the Future question is bad, so I’m going to be a geek about it.

Flyp corrected it as:

The first trip was taken by Einstein at 1:20 AM on Oct 26, 1985, he returned at 1:21 AM Oct 26, 1985.

The second trip was taken by Marty McFly on Oct 26, 1985, and he was transported to November 5th, 1955.

The third trip was taken by Marty McFly on November 12th, 1955, and he was transported to Oct 26th, 1985.

So, the answer could be interpreted as both 11/12/55, or 10/26/85.

Here’s where I copy Omni’s answers, use them under my name and delete his posts. Oooh boy, am I drunk with power.

Hey, UncleBeer wins again! Damn, he’s good. How does he know all this shit?

I respectfully bow out, since I am obviously outclassed. How 'bout some props for taking the first comprehensive stab at it?

::Go Ogre! It’s ya birfday! It’s ya birfday!::

Well, Omni and Lux are still both wrong on one of the answers, and I’m not going to tell them which one.

They’re both tied at 49, but as Lux’s set was posted first, if neither of them correct the last wrong answer, he gets the prize.

Or Uncle Beer could give me temporary moderator control of this forum, and he’d automatically win. Whichever.

Got it,

Goddamned internet with it’s faulty-ass information. A big man would learn a valuable lesson from this, and graciously concede defeat. I am not that man. The contest was rigged from the start! Obviously, the powers that be on this board saw Omni’s high post count and early registration date and have been feeding him the answers! I cry foul! I demand a recount! Free the land, free the weed! Food not bombs!

I’m gonna go sulk.
