What is the scientific term for sugar water?
Glucose solution?
Are you thinking of placebo?
Or maybe you’re thinking of a medical term such as D5W for 5% dextrose in water. Here’s a menu.
Table sugar is sucrose. The “sugar water” in IV fluid is Dextrose (Same basicly as glucose)

I found your menu very interesting. Most of the things on the list would never be seen (in that form) outside a hospital pharmacy. Thanks
Well, speaking as a gen-eew-wine scientist (or at least a reasonable facsimile thereof), I call it sugar water.
sucrose solution
alpha d gluco-pyranosyl beta d fructofuranicide solution (excuse the spelling - too lazy to look up)
remember that there are many types of sugars. Table sugar is sucrose, which is not the same as glucose (dextrose).
Coca-Cola®
As somebody paid to be a scientist, I call it “tasty”.
