I would ask a favour. On May 3rd you will be able to cast a vote that will influence how this country runs. Now I really don’t mind who you vote for, but could you please give your franchise the respect it deserves and give the parties and their policies just a bit more evaluation and consideration? Fair enough to decide the SNP’s policies reflect how you think this country should run, but so far it appears you’re doing so on the basis of a fairly unsubstantiated vision of what Scotland could be, with the backup plan that if it goes tits-up then you’re out of here.
I would understand your insistence I take this seriously if this were a Westminster government, but these are Scottish assembly elections… the differences between parties are necessarily going to be pretty minimal.
